This document governs the information, rules and conditions of the "Fotbal Manager Millionaire Challenge" ("Competition") on the website www.fotbalmanager.net.
This document regulates the conditions of participation in the promotional and advertising competition, the manner and procedure for carrying out the activities necessary for its implementation and defines the details of the rights and obligations of the participants ("Statute").
1. Introduction
1.1 The general conditions of the Competition set out the conditions for registration, registration, participation, obtaining and submission of the main prize, and describe the rights and obligations of participants, as well as ensuring the protection of personal data in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Collections of Personal Data Protection Acts, as amended.
2. Organizer
2.1 The organizer of the Competition and the operator of the website www.fotbalmanager.net is the company Jozef Zajac, Švábovce 150, 059 12 Hôrka pri Poprade, Slovak republic ("Organizer").
2.2 The Organizer announces a public, promotional and advertising competition entitled "Fotbal Manager Millionaire Challange" ("Competition") in accordance with the rules set out in this Statute.
3. Subject and purpose
3.1 The subject and purpose of the Competition is to increase interest in the Fotbal Manager service on the website www.fotbalmanager.net, to build brand awareness, promote products, services and functions, support the sale of premium products, premium services and others from the Organizer's business offer.
3.2 In accordance with the provisions of § 3 paragraph 5 of Act no. 171/2005 Collections of Laws on Gambling and on Amendments to Certain Acts is not considered gambling. In accordance with the provisions of § 845 paragraph 1 of Act no. 40/1964 The Civil Code, as amended ("Civil Code"), is considered a public tender organized by the Organizer under the conditions and according to the rules expressed in this Statute.
4. Conditions for participation in the competition
4.1 Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 ("Player") may register for and participate in the Competition. During registration, Player is obliged to verify the accuracy of the data entered by him, while Player acknowledges that incorrect, false or incomplete data entry may be the reason for the impossibility of paying the main prize under this Statute and the reason for termination of the main prize.
4.2 The Player acknowledges that for the purposes of participating in the Competition and being included in the draw for the main prize, he is obliged to meet all the following conditions:
a) fill in the registration form truthfully and correctly and confirm the creation of an account on the website www.fotbalmanager.net;
b) verify and confirm the e-mail address entered during registration;
c) use own account created on the website www.fotbalmanager.net;
d) agree to the processing and verification of personal data (photograph, name, surname, date of birth and sex);
e) log in to your account and actively use the Fotbal Manager service in order to reach (collect) a minimum amount of 1,000,000 EUR (one million EUR);
4.3 The Competition is limited in time and will take place from 01.01.2026 00:00:01 and ends on 31.12.2026 23:59:59. The draw for the final winner will take place on 01.01.2027 at 12:00 PM. The Competition is valid and takes place on the website www.fotbalmanager.net.
4.4 By entering the Competition, Player voluntarily agrees to all conditions and rules in this Statute.
4.5 Player can participate in the Competition unlimited times.
4.6 The Organizer is entitled to check the truthfulness, completeness and accuracy of the information provided during registration, but the account holder is responsible for the truthfulness, completeness and accuracy of the information provided.
4.7 The Organizer will evaluate the fulfillment of the conditions in accordance with this Statute and draw the Player (winner). One Player (winner) of the main prize will be drawn.
4.8 The Organizer will evaluate the Competition within 72 hours from its end and within 72 hours from the day of the Player (winner) draw by e-mail contacting the Player (winner), who will be drawn from all Player who met all the conditions set out in point 4.2 of this Statute.
4.9 The Player is excluded from the Competition, which fraudulently interferes with the mechanism of the Competition in order to obtain the main prize, without which it would not otherwise have won any main prize or even participated in the Competition.
4.10 If a Player who does not meet any of the conditions under this Statute enters the Competition, he is automatically excluded from the Competition and is not entitled to the main prize.
4.11 If no Player enters the Competition or none of the Player meets the conditions for participation in the Competition set out in point 4.2 in accordance with these Statutes, no Player will win.
5. Main prize
5.1 Fulfillment of all conditions stated in point 4.2 of these Statutes entitles you to the main prize. The main prize is a financial reward of 1,000,000 EUR (one million EUR), unless otherwise provided in this Statute.
5.2 The Player (winner) acknowledges that he is not entitled to the main prize without reaching (collecting) the minimum amount of 1,000,000 EUR (one million EUR) before and at the time of the draw and without fulfilling all the conditions set out in point 4.2 of these Statutes.
5.3 If Player does not comply with or violates the rules in this Statute before, during or after the Competition, Player loses the right to the main prize and will be excluded from this Competition.
5.4 The Organizer reserves the right to change the main prize without prior notice.
5.5 Player has no legal right to the main prize (prize) and it is not possible to enforce it in court.
5.6 The Player (winner) is responsible for the taxation of the main prize in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act no. 595/2003 Collections of Income Tax Laws, as amended. Income tax, which is subject to the acquisition of the main prize according to the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, as well as all other fee obligations that may apply to the acquisition of the main prize, will be paid by Player (winner).
6. Handing over the main prize
6.1 After the draw, the Organizer will inform and contact the drawn Player (winner) about winning the main prize by e-mail within 72 hours.
6.2 The Player (winner) is obliged to provide the Organizer with the bank details necessary for the payment (submission) of the main prize within 7 days of the e-mail request, and after subsequent verification of identity, this Player becomes a valid winner.
6.3 In the event that the Player (winner) fails to register, respond, react and provide the Organiser with the necessary bank details (IBAN or account number, bank code, BIC SWIFT) within 7 days of the Organiser sending the e-mail (invitation) informing the Player (Winner) of the winning of the main prize, or fails to comply with any other condition in these Regulations, the Player (Winner) will lose his/her claim to the main prize and will cease to be a winner.
6.4 If Player (winner) does not agree to receive the main prize, waives the main prize, refuses to accept the main prize or does not comply with another rule in this Statute, Player loses the right to the main prize and the main prize is forfeited to the Organizer.
6.5 In the event that the payment of the main prize is returned to the Organizer for any reason on the part of the Player (winner), the Organizer is not obliged to find another bank account with the Player (winner) to which the main prize should be paid, in which case , no later than 30 days from the return of the main prize to the Organizer's account. In order to check the bank account of the Player (winner), the latter is obliged to provide the Organizer with the required cooperation, including the submission of the required documents.
6.6 For the avoidance of any doubt, the main prize cannot be transferred to a third party, is not the subject of inheritance and cannot be enforced through the courts.
6.7 Player is entitled to cancel its participation in the Competition by sending a duly and completely filled out form for permanent deactivation of the account, which is available on the website www.fotbalmanager.net/account/deactivate. Player's participation in the Competition ends with death; in the event that the Player (winner) is drawn after death, the right to win did not arise.
7. Declaration and consent to the processing of personal data
7.1 By registering on the website www.fotbalmanager.net and subsequently using the Fotbal Manager service and its functions, Player voluntarily provides the Organizer with consent to the processing of personal data providing identification data (name, surname, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, password) as well as consent to the processing of data for the purpose of conducting the Competition and handing over the main prize during and after the Competition, for the needs of proper identification of the Player, for sending business, marketing or other communication.
7.2 Consent to the processing of personal data is valid for an indefinite period. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked by notification sent by e-mail to info@fotbalmanager.net and at the request of the account holder to permanently delete this personal data after confirmation by deactivating the account on the website www.fotbalmanager.net/account/deactivate.
7.3 The Player, who thus provides personal data, has the right to access personal data and other rights according to § 19 Act no. 18/2018 Collections of Personal Data Protection Acts, as amended.
7.4 Pursuant to § 9 Act no. 18/2018 Player is obliged to provide only true personal data to the Collection of Laws on Personal Data Protection, otherwise he is responsible for the falsity of this data.
7.5 By refusing to provide personal data or revoking the consent to the processing of personal data, the Organizer is not obliged and able to properly hand over the main prize to the Player (winner).
7.6 The Organizer is responsible for the security of personal data and compliance with obligations under § 11 of Act no. 18/2018 Collections of Personal Data Protection Acts, as amended.
7.7 If Player does not have full legal capacity, consent is provided by his legal representative.
8. Final provisions
8.1 By participating in the Competition, Player agrees to this Statute. If Player does not agree with any condition or point in this Statute, he may not participate in the Competition.
8.2 The Organizer does not bear any responsibility for any risks and obligations, and is not responsible for any damages incurred by Player (winner) in connection with the main prize (prize).
8.3 The Player (winner) cannot claim a main prize other than the one paid to him. Enforcement of the main prize by court is excluded. For the avoidance of doubt, the main price will be paid in a non-cash manner to the bank account.
8.4 In case of any doubts about compliance with the rules of this Competition, the Organizer will decide on further action in accordance with this Statute and generally binding legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
8.5 At the same time, the Organizer reserves the right to change this Statute and/or the conditions of the Competition after its announcement. The Organizer reserves the right to change, limit, postpone, shorten, interrupt or cancel the Competition, either in full or in part, even before the end of the Competition.
8.6 The Organizer reserves the right to assess the fulfillment of all conditions of the Competition by the Player and also the right to:
a) possible exclusion of the Player from the Competition due to non-fulfillment of any of the conditions of the Competition;
b) non-granting of the right to the main prize if the Organizer fails to successfully contact the Player (winner) in accordance with these Statutes;
c) non-granting of the right to the main prize unless the Player (winner) accepts the main prize and/or refuses to accept it;
d) non-granting of the right to the main prize even if the non-fulfillment of any of the conditions of the Competition is found later (after the designation of Player as the winner in accordance with these Statutes), but no later than the moment of awarding the main prize;
